Tessera

I've always loved tiles and squarish repeats in the gingham pattern and when i came across these beautiful tile beads in Japan, i knew i had to make something with them and I really wanted to translate this into something wearable.

These aren't my most elaborate pieces, and that's intentional. I wanted to let the repetition of the tiles shine. Plus the magic is this iridescent color that changes color in the light. It's a subtle shimmer that changes with your movements, making them feel truly alive. And for that little pop of unexpected charm, I added a bright kiwi yellow border. It's just enough to make a statement without overpowering your look.
