1) Why do I need to wait for 4 weeks before receiving my order?
When you purchase an item here, you're purchasing a slot for me to make your item. All items here are sold on a pre-order basis. Each piece is also hand crafted bead by bead, which results in an estimated 4 weeks lead time for orders.
2) After I place an order, when will I receive my parcel?
I release pre-order slots every first week of the month. All orders will be completed and mailed out by the end of the month.
3) How will I receive my order?
I mail out local orders via SmartPac, which is a registered mail service that delivers your parcel right to your letterbox. You can track your parcel on SingPost.com once I've sent you your tracking code. :) For international orders, all parcels will be mailed out via registered post with Singapore Post.
4) What material are the ear posts made of?
I use surgical stainless steel for ear posts. They're stitched onto the earrings directly and covered with a faux leather backing.
5) Why does the two sides of my earrings not look identical?
These are all handmade. The pieces are all hand cut and pieced together bead by bead. There will be irregularities and no two sides will look exactly the same although I try my best to achieve that. This, in my opinion, is the beauty of handmade, please only purchase if you're ok with this. :)
6) Can I see how they look like when worn?
Of course! I have pics and videos of how the earrings look like worn on my Instagram account at @by.teeteeheehee. Please have a look! :)
7) Can you send it out directly to my friend as a gift?
Yes of course! Please indicate that its a gift and include said friend's name.
8) Do you ship internationally?
Yes I now do! :) All international orders will be mailed via registered mail with Singapore Post.
9) If I purchase a design, can you make it in a different shape for me?
This falls under customisation and unfortunately, currently I'm not accepting any custom work.
10) I made a mistake with the address. What should I do?
Dont worry! :) Send me an email or drop me a message on the contact form here with the updated email and I will sort it out on my end. :) Pleae let me know asap! Please check that the address given is complete, once parcels are mailed out at the last week of the month, I am unable to accept any changes or responsibility for lost parcels.
